Jennifer Zhu Scott is the Executive Chairman of The Commons Project Foundation. Prior to The Commons Project, she was the founder of Radian Partners, focusing on direct investment in Artificial Intelligence and deep tech. Jennifer was Forbes World’s Top 50 Women in Tech in 2018 and one of Fortune's Most Influential Business Women in China in 2021. She is a China Fellow of the Aspen Institute and has a dual Fellowship at The Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) under the Asia Pacific Program and the Digital Society Initiative. She is a Council Member at the Data Policy Council of the World Economic Forum, where she served for the China Council and the Future of Blockchain Council. WEF named Jennifer as a Young Global Leader in 2013. She is a Board Trustee of Web Science Trust.
Dr. Wah is a past President of the American Medical Association, where he served on the Board for over a decade and as Chair of the Board of Trustees. He was the Global Chief Medical Officer at CSC (now DXC) and has served on the faculties of several medical schools, including Harvard and University of California, San Diego. He served 23 years on Active Duty in the Navy and was the Associate CIO for the Military Health System. Dr. Wah served as the first Deputy National Coordinator for Health IT at HHS and helped to set up the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC). He chaired the HITAC at HHS 2017-2020 and served on the Boards of the McKnight Brain Research Foundation, Higi (acquisition exit to Babylon Health) and American Telemedicine Association. Dr. Wah's clinical work is at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
Zhenya has served as the CEO of the Commons Project Foundation since October 2021. Prior to joining the Commons Project, she was Vice President of Platform and Customer Engagement at Uber, where she focused on incubating and scaling early stage Uber businesses and standing up customer engagement programs across business units.
Paul is Executive Founder and President of The Commons Project Foundation. After beginning his career working on Bill Clinton’s 1992 campaign, Paul served as one of President Clinton’s speechwriters. He was the first Chief Operating Officer of Endeavor, and then joined the International Rescue Committee. Paul co-founded IPKO and the IPKO Foundation. He also co-founded and served as CEO of Voxiva.
