Creating digital health job opportunities in Africa
Based in Kigali, Rwanda, TCP Africa works across the African continent in two interconnected areas: digital health systems and the workforce needed to sustain them over time.
Our work in Africa begins with a person-centered model, where we bring new technology and meaningful work opportunities to the continent's rapidly growing population of digitally-connected youth.
To realize the full potential of 21st-century health in Africa, we leverage the power of mobile technology to connect people with the health information, products, and services they need.
We partner with African governments and ministries of health, NGOs, other foundations, and implementation partners to deliver on this vision.

KoraLink Program
Creating new entrepreneurial opportunities for youth in digital health
In partnership with the Mastercard Foundation and implementing partners Society for Family Health (SFH) and ICT Chamber Rwanda, we are working on a bold initiative designed to harness the tech-savvy energy of young people in Africa and revolutionize health in their communities.
The KoraLink Program seeks to support and inspire a movement of young changemakers to serve as digital agents who sell health products and other services to their communities.
Using digital innovation and enterprising spirit, the program places young people at the heart of health transformation, building a future-ready workforce committed to inclusive, equitable and sustainable health systems.
